USA ORDERS
DIY Mobile Repair ships all domestic orders using USPS during regular business hours Monday through Friday. We offer three shipping options through USPS to insure your order arrives to you in the time you want at a price you aprove. All orders are shipped out using a flat rate - we find this rate to be very fair with no hidden costs. All domestic orders will include a tracking / confirmation number. Please inusre you enter the correct shipping address when proceeding to checkout.
Delivery times are estimated and do not include Sunday delivery and major holidays. Standard (Free) Shipping excludes select items*
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (import fees).
These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required it can cause delays beyond our carrier’s original delivery estimate. International orders only include a confirmation number which may, or may not be updated throughout transit.

SHIPPING POLICY
We reserve the right to change the shipping method selected to one of equal or grater value if there is a problem with the provided address and the shipping method that was selected.
DIY Mobile Repair does not guarantee delivery by any particular date or by any particular shipping method you may choose. Again, under NO circumstances do we provide a refund for shipping.
Any guaranteed delivery time is made by the carrier not DIY Mobile Repair. The estimated delivery provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. DIY Mobile Repair cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date.
DIY Mobile Repair will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control including without limitation: product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather, power failure, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, acts of god, or acts of any government or agency. All orders are subject to part availability.
Leave at door policy: Carriers will leave packages at your door and do not require a signature. DIY Mobile Repair is not responsible after the carrier delivers the package.
Free or discounted shipping promotions are only valid for the orders meeting the exact specifications. Promotions can be changed or expire at any time without notice.
